1.鸡去掉鸡头、鸡爪。

2.倒入烧烤料。

4.将腌料均匀的涂抹在鸡的里外。

5.装入保鲜袋,放入冰箱冷藏一夜。

6.将鸡腿骨、鸡翅尖用锡纸包住,装上旋转烤叉,用牙签固定鸡翅、鸡腿。

7.烤盘铺锡纸,放在烤箱最底层,放入烤鸡,上下火200度,烤1小时。

8.蜂蜜加入10克水混合均匀,烤鸡烤到50分钟时,将鸡身均匀刷上一层蜂蜜水,再烤10分钟即可。
